The letter to the Philippians was written by a man who did not have it better off than you do. Yet, when you read the letter, you begin to realize that this man (Paul) is the most joy-filled person in the world. Where does that joy come from and what does that joy look like?
Paul reminds us that circumstances do not define our sense of joy. Rather, our joy is discovered and then rooted in the gospel of Jesus. Join us as we learn from Paul’s joy in Philippians 1.

We could all learn a great lesson from this sermon. May I take it to heart and use the knowledge as I go through each day.
